Troubleshooting: It is normal behavior when the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode. As per the default setting, the fan will automatically start oscillating after one hour of use. Please ensure the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft during installation, not the arc surface, as improper alignment can reduce the air output.

It's possible a timer was accidentally set beforehand. Kindly check the timer setting and try operating the fan again.

Check if your fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or has the screen manually turned off. When the screen is off, the control panel enters a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental changes. To adjust the settings, you'll need to press the panel twice - the first press wakes it up, and the second press allows you to make changes.
